Development setup:

Edit <DIR>/etc/macports/sources with an entry such as

	file://<pathtohere>

pointing to the directory with `www' in it to allow these 
ports to be found. Then run a 'portindex' in this directory
(i.e. the one with www; above the module directory).

Note: LDAP is disabled - as to not get into a chicken-egg
situation with the submission of an LDAP variant for APR.
